• Spread any kind of data or materials that contain viruses, malwares, trojans, computer codes or any type of malicious piece of computer program that designs to alter the functionality of any hardware, software and / or any electronic equipment;
• And lastly to produce, disseminate and display any other materials in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

REFUND POLICY  

BRIGHTON CONSULTANCY AND RESOURCE CENTRE will process a refund on a case-to-case basis depending on the policy imposed by universities and institutional partners. Should a client be eligible for a refund, the accounts team at BCRC shall process the repayment manually back to the client’s bank account within 10 working days from time of approval.

GENERAL STATEMENT

Failure by BRIGHTON CONSULTANCY AND RESOURCE CENTRE to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions set forth in these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of a provision is deemed severable from the rest of the Terms and Conditions and has no bearing on the validity or enforceability of the other terms.
