S2T is a personalised qualified teacher status (QTS) preparation programme that helps trusted TAs and unqualified teachers to build on their existing teaching experience and develop their teaching skills while they continue to work at school.
Delivered through a blend of online and in-school experience and support, and Tes Institute will provide an expert advice and guidance every step of the way. An experienced personal pathway tutor will work with you and your learner to create a bespoke development plan and timeline, and offer support and guidance.
