Information about the course:
A Private Pilot Licence will allow you to fly almost anywhere, with passengers, in a Canadian-registered aircraft. Private Pilot Licence could be enhanced with additional ratings to allow the holder to fly sea planes or multi-engine aircraft as well as flight in any weather condition day or night. It acts as a foundation upon which such ratings can be added. Private Pilot Licence is required by all students enrolling in a Commercial Pilot Licence.
Private Pilot Licence program is divided into Ground school and Flight Training. Ground school will furnish you with the required background knowledge and understandings to successfully challenge the Transport Canada written examination, while the air instruction and solo practice will provide you with the skills required to succeed at the flight test.
